The collection is dedicated to the problems that Rwanda faced in one of the most difficult periods of its history – after the genocide of 1994. The issues of post-conflict economic recovery, development of the social sphere, achievement of internal political stability and reconciliation between the peoples living in the country, primarily between the Tutsi and the Hutu, are considered. Since new information has appeared over the 30 post-genocide years about the causes, prerequisites, circumstances of the genocide and the reaction of the world and scientific communities to it, they are also reflected in the collection.
