XXI All-Russian School of Young Africanists "The Rising Role of Africa in the Emerging World Order"

The Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation held on November 30, 2022, the next XXI All-Russian School of Young Africanists. The theme of the plenary session of the conference was "Africa's rising role in the emerging world order"

The conference was attended by 80 students, graduate students, and young scientists from universities and academic institutions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, and Belgorod.

The plenary report “Russia and Sub-Saharan African States: Security Exports” was read by Professor of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry G.M. Sidorov. Reports were also heard by Daniel Marcelino Paulo (Republic of Angola) "A New Security Paradigm in Africa: Angolan Regional Security Strategy" and Daniel Toth (Hungary) "Armed Conflicts in Africa".

The work of conference was held in 4 sections: "Resources and economic potential of Africa", "Social and cultural studies", "International relations, foreign policy" and "Historical aspects of the development of African countries".
