From 16 to 18 of December, in the city of Moscow, Russian Association of Political Science, on the platforms of the MGIMO MFA RF and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, organized IX All-Russian congress of political scientists « Russia and the Political order in the changing world: values, institutions, perspectives ». Institue for African Studies RAS was present at this event with the reports presented by the Candidate of Historical Sciences, research fellow of the Centre of study of the Tropical Africa L.Y. Prokopenko and the Candidate of Political Science, research fellow of the Centre civilizationnal and regional studies T.R Khairullin.
