7-9 September 2016, Alina Lapushkina participated in the ASAUK 2016

Alina Lapushkina participated in the ASAUK biennial conference, which was held at the University of Cambridge 7-9 September, 2016. She presented her paper "The Avatime childhood: balancing between the heritage of the past and "the key to the future"" within the Childhood in Africa Stream (Representing the African Child in Postcolonial Africa panel). The conference brought together scholars from a variety of academic disciplines and from across the globe. The conference attracted 660 attendees, 630 panels, 1300 papers from 93 countries.
