Scientific and practical seminar “Energy and Industrial Sectors in the African States’ Economic Strategy” was organized by the Centre for Thansitional Economies Studies (head – Dr Evgenia Morozenskaya), Institute for African Studies, RAS (IAS) on the 7th of April, 2015.
